56-frame radial honey extractor by Logar (Item No. 4575), with motor drive 750 W / 230 V and fully automatic control. The machine is equipped with a built-in safety lock that prevents the lid from being opened during operation. The extractor has two stainless steel squeeze valves (Ø 2''). The lower valve is fitted at the lowest possible point so that all honey can drain from the extractor. All parts that come into contact with honey are made from food-grade materials. The lid is made of transparent acrylic so you can monitor the extraction process at any time.

Frames do not need to be turned during extraction: centrifugal force and the natural slope of the cells ensure simultaneous, two-sided emptying of the frames. The extractor can be disassembled and therefore easily transported through an 80 cm door frame. Thanks to the large kettle diameter, radial extraction of larger frames is possible; the machine is therefore particularly suitable for large-scale beekeeping operations.

The fully automatic control allows the entire extraction process to be run automatically so you can attend to other tasks in the meantime. Operation is simple via a membrane keypad and a two-line digital LCD display. You can set and store up to 8 different programs; each program can be programmed in up to 8 time/direction/speed steps. Several basic programs are preinstalled and can be adjusted or extended at any time.

Optional equipment: We recommend a kettle bottom heater for the extractor (Item 7126), as it is very helpful during multi-day extractions and when cleaning the extractor. With a warmed base, honey flows faster out of the extractor and through the sieves.
