Innovation in honey filtering

The rotating sieve system is designed for faster and more efficient honey filtration. Thanks to the centrifugal force of the rotating sieve, the sieve flow rate is up to 6× higher than with static sieves. In addition, the unit allows filtration of beeswax cappings.

TECHNICAL DATA

The container is made of stainless steel, has two handles for easy handling and is fitted with a pinch tap. A rotating mechanism with a holder for the removable fine filter basket is installed inside the container. A round coarse sieve with a diameter of 25 cm is placed into the retaining ring on top of the container.

HONEY FILTERING PROCEDURE
- Place the unit on a level surface.
- Secure the fine filter basket into the unit's rotating holder and place the retaining ring with the round coarse sieve onto the top edge of the container.
- Position a collection container or bucket under the pinch tap to receive the honey.
- Switch the unit on; the fine filter will begin rotating about its axis.
- Open the pinch tap and start pouring the honey through the coarse sieve into the unit.
To facilitate continuous filtering, hold the honey-filled feeding container above the sieve so the honey can flow directly and continuously into the rotating sieve. Make sure to open the pinch tap of the upper feeding container enough to achieve a steady honey flow.
- Finely filtered honey flows from the pinch tap into the prepared bucket.

The centrifugal force generated by the rotating fine filter increases the sieving flow rate up to 6×, making the filtering process with rotation significantly more efficient and faster compared with static sieves.

If the honey contains a lot of wax debris, stop the process as needed and replace or clean the fine filter basket.
